We will also collect education, career history, supervision details, professional organisation information and insurance information from counsellors.

Well Minds Online securely stores your data at Microsoft Office 365 cloud storage in the UK South or UK West data centres and web captured data at Unlimited Web Hosting in accredited data centres in the UK Manchester. Well Minds Online will keep your data for 6 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data, care will be taken to ensure all data is fully deleted.

Marketing

Well Minds Online will not send you marketing information about our services and will not share your data with anyone.
