As well as these ten self-care tips, you could also think about how you are feeling, whether you need any support, what support would be useful and who could support you. Alternativey, think about what would help you feel less busy – could you pan your day beforehand? Could you get your clothes ready for the next day the night before? Could you re-prioritise or ask someone else to help by taking responsibility for something on your ‘to do’ list?
As a result, by taking a few minutes each day to focus on self-care, we can maintain our wellbeing and our mental health which helps us to better cope with the ups and downs we sometimes face.
